Check In time: 3:00pm Check Out :11:00am Cancellation Policy: A reservation requires a deposit of one nights stay plus tax. Rates based on double occupancy, per room, per night,subject to NYS sales tax. Your deposit is forfeited if cancelling 7 days or less prior to arrival. No Refund on shortened stays.Balance due upon arrival Holidays, Special Event Periods & Groups have a 30 day notice and deposit policies differ. Please contact us for further information. Due to our small size and remote location cancellations affect us significantly any time of the year.We cannot absorb late cancellation fees due to any changes in plans, weather or other reasons beyond our control. Additional Policies and Restrictions: The Green Mountain Lodge is a non-smoking property.  Children 12 and under are free Additional Person in room is $15.00 each, standard room 4 max Pets additional $10.00 per night Key Loss Fee $20.00 Extended Check Out $15.00 per room, only when available Your are responsible for any damages or missing goods during your stay and will be charged accordingly. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are permitted with notice. There is a $10.00 pet charge per night.Due to allergy issues of many guests, not all rooms accept pets. 1. There is a $10.00 charge per pet per night, plus tax (not all rooms accept pets). 2. If you leave the inn, your pet MUST be with you. Your dog is not to be left in the room unattended. 3. Pets must be on a leash when not in the room, but still on the grounds. 4. Pets are not permitted in the common areas of the inn 5. Please clean up after your pet. 6. Please don't allow your pet(s) on the furniture or bed. If required, a cleaning fee($50.00) will be charged. 7.You are responsible for any damage incurred by your pet |
