Cancellation Policy:

A reservation requires a deposit of one nights stay plus tax. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee per room. Your deposit is forfeited if cancelling 7 days or less prior to arrival. No Refund on shortened stays Balance due upon arrival

Holidays & Special Event Periods 14 days notice Groups, Tours, Retreats 30 day notice

Due to our small size and remote location cancellations affect us significantly any time of the year.We cannot absorb late cancellations and fees due to any changes in plans, weather or other reasons beyond our control.

PET POLICY

PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are permitted with advance notice only and at an additional charge. Due to allergy issues of many guests, not all rooms accept pets.

1. There is a $10.00 charge per pet per night, plus tax (not all rooms accept pets).

2. If you leave the inn, your pet MUST be with you. Your dog is not to be left in the room unattended.

3. Pets must be on a leash when not in the room, but still on the grounds.

4. Pets are not permitted in the common areas of the inn

5. Please clean up after your pet.

6. Please don't allow your pet(s) on the furniture or bed. If required, a cleaning fee ($50.00) will be charged.

7. If your pet is aggressive or barks at people or strange noises, please don't bring it.

8. If you cannot comply with any of the above rules during your stay, you will be asked to leave (no refunds available).

9. If you have a confirmed reservation and show up with your pet without receiving permission first, you will not be able to stay with us and we will not be able to refund any money. We try hard to make every guest's experience an enjoyable one.
